Alexis Beckwith is a photography and graphic design student; she will receive a degree in Visual Media from Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Photographic Arts and Sciences in May 2026. She previously earned an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Production in 2023 from the National Technical Institute for the Deaf. She also completed a remote graphic design internship with Wonder Women Tech. She draws on her Deaf identity to develop imaginative techniques and strengthen her connection to visual storytelling. Her creative interests include sports, portraiture, animals, and nature. Through her work, she strives to grow as an artist and connect with people through shared experiences.
